How will my order be packaged?
Your artwork will be carefully packaged to protect it during shipping. It will be wrapped in glassine or protective paper, then multiple layers of bubble wrap. Finally, it will be packed inside a strong double-wall box or wooden crate, depending on size and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide all required customs documentation and assist with any customs queries to help minimize delays and fees.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via FedEx or DHL Express, ensuring fast, secure transit with required signature upon delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship the next business day after they are ready. Please note that some artworks may have a lead time before they are ready to ship, as noted in the product description, or if you request framing. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its progress.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by artwork and destination. We calculate and confirm shipping fees after receiving your order.
Is my order insured during shipping?
Yes, every shipment is fully insured from our studio to your door.
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. If your artwork arrives damaged, please report within 48 hours for a possible replacement or refund. Note that limited editions or unique works may not be replaceable. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 days.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot cancel as the artwork will be packed or shipped.
